I’m the founder and CEO of Stay North, the leading holiday property management company in Southern Finland and Lapland. Since launching in 2020, we’ve grown rapidly and now manage 95 high-quality homes exclusively, delivering a consistent and elevated service experience for both guests and property owners. Our model is designed for scale without compromise. We combine efficient operations, curated property selection and strong brand identity to achieve consistent results. In 2024, Stay North generated €2.5 million in revenue, with projections to double in 2025. I lead a team of 18 professionals focused on quality, reliability and long-term value creation. Our revenue success is powered by a data-driven approach to pricing and performance. By analysing booking trends, seasonality and demand across multiple channels, we maximise returns for each property we manage. We are also growing as a travel agency. In 2024, 32 percent of our bookings came directly through our website, with an increasing number of guests choosing to book with us directly rather than through third-party platforms. We help property owners unlock the full potential of their homes increasing yield while maintaining a premium standard of care and presentation.
