My name is Josh Reffitt I have over 17 years of facility and custodial knowledge with in depth knowledge of school and commercial custodial services. My company has been one of the top post construction cleaning companies in the Cincinnati and Dayton area. I have a degree from Miami University in Business Management Technology and multiple certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Quality Assurance Officer (QAO). I also possess multiple certifications in equipment and chemical usage. I have a history for being well known for improving methods in the custodial industry, concrete floor coatings and many more. I have helped many businesses achieve cost-saving measures by reducing staff, product, and educating their employees in better techniques of safety and cleaning processes and procedures. I have completed over 3.4 million square feet of floor refinishing including concrete, VCT, laminate, wood, terrazo and VAT flooring. Specialties: I specialize in all types of commercial floor rejuvenation including stripping and finishing tile, concrete and terrazo floors. I also specialize in screening and finishing wood floors, upholstery, carpet LVP flooring, tile and grout cleaning.
