About Josh Reiswig

In the realm of professional experience, I have an extensive knowledge base to apply and impart. The following is a short listing of some experience I would bring to any position: I have numerous years of use, troubleshooting, and implementation of proprietary inventory management/quality/production tracking software systems-most of them Oracle based-providing a high level of intuition when learning new programs; I have over two decades of working supervisor experience, which has honed problem solving/multi-tasking/interpersonal and interdepartmental relation/conflict resolution/team member encouragement and improvement skills; I have had the opportunity to participate in and oversee numerous special project teams, as well as, company-wide safety task force teams; Lastly, I have many years of industrial machinery operation-large grade, all the way down to highly sensitive quality assurance laboratory testing units. My professional goal is simply this: I wish to provide my employer, fellow employees, and general public relations with the highest levels of verbal/written communication and manual labor if necessary-so as to ease and streamline any work load and process for all involved-through continuos learning via educational institutions/company training; conscious positive attitude in any and all situations; an infectious desire to see others, not simply myself, succeed; and setting the bar in efficiency and accuracy pertaining to documentation and set goals. Financial and network gain are of importance, but are not my main focus, as those things naturally follow suit when my primary goals are achieved.
