I've always been driven by the desire to enhance efficiency and elevate user experiences. My journey began at the Business Career Center, where I pioneered the automation of our workflows by developing a custom software tool to track client experiences—a system that remains in use today. My passion for digitization carried over to my role at University Relations, where I was employed to digitize the office's workflows. From building and managing websites to implementing a CRM, I've spearheaded numerous tech projects that have significantly boosted our office's efficiency. My experience isn't just limited to tech. At the Business Career Center, I honed my skills in event planning and client satisfaction, further enhancing our client experiences by leveraging CRM systems to boost satisfaction rates and employee productivity. Colleagues often commend my communication skills, highlighting my knack for fostering team unity. Outside the professional realm, I'm an avid outdoors enthusiast who loves water activities— boating, kayaking, sailing, or river rafting. Additionally, I've been immersing myself in iOS development, further fueling my passion for creating impactful software. As I look to the future, I aspire to delve deeper into project management roles. I plan to design and build software tools that enhance productivity and enrich people's lives.
