About Josh Ross

Josh is an Assistant Director within the Real Assets Advisory Capital Projects business. He focuses on leading teams to deliver solutions for complex problems. To date, he has advised on various solutions in sectors including Construction, Banking, Oil & Gas, Defence, Rail and Central Government. Following his MSc in Major Programme Management at Oxford University and an early career in central and investment banking, Josh supported high-profile capital projects in the United Kingdom with Deloitte before joining East West Rail as their IT & Quality Director for four years, after which he returned to Deloitte. Josh combines extensive experience on some of the UK’s largest and most complex programmes with a robust theoretical knowledge collectively spanning Technology Leadership, Commercial Leadership, Major Programme Risk, Programme Design, Systems Thinking, Governance & Stakeholder Management.
