About Josh Scharfencamp

I have started running equipment as a young kid,I worked through out high school and learned the values of an honest days hard work. I started mining right out of high school and started at the bottom/entry level laboring and driving haul truck.i was given the opportunity to move up and learn new skills which I grabbed onto. I have mined for 15 years now professionally and have climbed the ladder. I have run all equipment from haul truck to support equipment blades, dozers, rubber tires and also drilling and smaller equipment. I was given the opportunity to get into the production loading setting and from there I made a name for running loaders and hydraulic shovels. I ended up in a lead position and then to a crew shifter leading crews as small as 13 to 67. Since I have been a project manager on sites. What sets me apart from most is I have not forgotten where I have came from and who I am. I give my all each and every day and push to make sure we meet our goals. I am not afraid to get right into the mix with my co workers running equipment or doing labor work. If I say I can do/accomplish something I will.
