Thus far in my professional career I possess almost 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. The bulk of my experience is in the retail and business banking environment starting as a Seasonal Teller & Operations Support. Thereafter working my way from Personal Banker to Retail & Business Banking Management. Currently, I am a Market President at American Bank & Trust in Tea, SD. I pride myself in providing relentless customer service for all stakeholders of the company. Working with people energizes and motivates me! I thoroughly enjoy seeing the overwhelmingly positive impact I can make in people's lives by merely going the extra mile for them. Furthermore, I value the importance of effective communication in a service environment that facilitates long lasting relationships. Moreover, in June of 2013 I earned my Masters Degree of Professional Studies in Strategic HR Management and Development from the University of Denver. My professional career goal is to work in the areas of talent, performance, or personnel management and integrate my professional experience in financial services and business management with my academic background in human resources and psychology.
