After recently moving to beautiful sunny Queensland, I'm looking for a position that allows me to utilise my skills and expertise in the IT, audio visual and customer service professions.My work experience to date is heavily customer experience based with both sales and aftercare service in the IT industry, working as a salesman for The Good Guys for over 3 years, then into my most recent position with Viatek, where i've been one of the leading technicians for over 5 years. I'm all about giving my customers and clients an 'above and beyond' experience. I think this is incredibly important and adds a lot of value to the customer experience. It's something i'm passionate about.I take a lot of pride in my attention to detail, efficiency, tardiness and also achieving goals and targets.I think these are incredibly valuable attributes and are crucial to becoming a respected member of any team.
