Hello, I'm Josh, and I'm passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Throughout my professional journey, I dedicated myself to both secondary and tertiary studies, honing my skills and knowledge in the IT field. Complementing my academic pursuits, I have gained valuable hands-on experience, strengthening my expertise. My greatest strengths lie in customer interaction and attention to detail. I thoroughly enjoy engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions. Additionally, I possess a natural aptitude for hardware-related tasks, which allows me to excel in various projects. My long-term career objective is to enhance my professional trajectory by acquiring vendor certificates in key areas such as Windows Server and Cloud Services. This will enable me to transition into a role focused on infrastructure management. Currently, I thrive in my role as a Service Desk Team Lead, where I have the opportunity to mentor and guide others. My technical proficiency encompasses a range of technologies including: Windows Desktop/Server Operating Systems Microsoft 365 Exchange (online and management shell) Sharepoint Azure AD Windows deployment platforms like MDT and SCCM I am also familiar with third party software providers like Atlassian software (Confluence, Bamboo, Crucible, JIRA), Cisco Call Manager, Genesys, Zabbix monitoring system, VMWare products (VMWare Player, VSphere), RAID interfaces, and Integrated Management Interfaces such as ILO & IMM. I thrive in face-to-face environments, complemented by over-the-phone and remote support. Interacting with customers and colleagues on both technical and personal levels is a gratifying aspect of my work.
