A highly ambitious and goal-driven professional, passionate and enthusiastic about ongoing developments and innovation in the aviation industry, airline product and service development, organisational transformation and innovation. I also demonstrate strong adaptability in the workplace, wherein I have built up experience working successfully internationally as an HR Assistant intern in Indonesia. My previous role in the NHS has allowed me to develop strong time management and organisational skills in a fast-paced, time pressured office environment, during which, as an HR Coordinator, I was responsible for managing my own caseload of recruitment, responding to, and actioning employee and applicant queries in a timely manner, as well as providing additional support to line managers in the form of job advertising, facilitating interview set ups and playing a vital role in payroll documentation formation, processing and second checking to ensure that outstanding HR service provision within the Trust is met. My proven track record for excellence is also highlighted in my academic achievements, having graduated with Distinction as the best student in my subject year group in MSc. International Human Resource Management at the University of Exeter in 2022, as well as being officially nominated to receive the highly coveted Dean's Commendation for Exceptional Performance during my postgraduate studies.
