About Josh Weil

Over the course of my working career as well as my life, I looked at each position as a stepping stone to my eventual desired career, where each one taught me skills that can better me as a person as well as an employee. My goal has always been to work in sports. In being educated, I learned that there are so many roles that impact how a team performs, whether it be on the field, or in the business world. As a result, I have made a conscious effort to add a multitude of skills in business as well as in interacting with people to my arsenal to go along with my sports knowledge. At North Shore Allergy and Asthma Institute, my experience with the customers taught me how easily the experience of a customer, or patient in this case, could be influenced by doing everything in my power to try and help them with whatever their issue may be. One will not always be perfect, but the effort is just as important as the outcome. The customer will always go where they feel appreciated and I definitely do whatever I can to ensure that they do.
