With a solid background in crisis intervention and a Certified Social Worker, my focus lies in implementing evidence-based therapeutic practices to foster resilience and positive change. My journey began over two decades ago in police services, where I developed a keen understanding of the unique challenges faced by public service professionals. Now, in my current role, I channel this insight into creating tailored support systems for those in high-stress occupations, ensuring our strategies are both impactful and sustainable. Our collective goal is to empower individuals and groups, enabling them to thrive despite the rigorous demands of their professions.
