With a background in special education and instructional leadership, I have spent my career supporting students, staff, and families to create meaningful educational experiences. Currently serving as the Principal of Orchard Park Academy in Westminster Public Schools, I lead with a vision of academic excellence, community, equity, and innovation. My experience spans various leadership roles, including Assistant Principal, Dean of Students, and Special Education Provider, where I have successfully implemented programs that enhance student engagement, teacher development, and school culture. I believe in data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and continuous improvement to ensure all students receive the support they need to thrive. My expertise includes instructional leadership, student behavior management, special education, and family and community engagement.
