I have been a nursing recruiter for 2 years. This role requires resilience and consistent adaptation. I have maintained a book of business throughout drastic industry changes. In this role I have refined my skills in relationship building, multitasking, and critical thinking. I have gained knowledge on how to intentionally source candidates and build meaningful relationships. I have established myself as a dedicated and passionate worker who strives to display peak performance. I have a double major from NKU: B.A. in Organizational Leadership and B.S. in Psychological Science. Throughout my undergraduate experience, I accumulated three years of statistics and research experience, culminating in an honors thesis research project. The double degree allowed me to explore the important quantitative aspects of the psychology and leadership fields while gaining a deep insight into ever-relevant organizational issues. As such i am comfortable with recording and analyzing data in applicable ways, to achieve desired outcomes. Overall, as an excited and motivated young professional, I hope to synthesize my knowledge, skills and work experience so I can perform as an asset to any organization. I will be the first to tell you that I don’t know everything, and I may not fit 100% of what’s listed in a job posting. But I am a very ambitious worker who puts maximum effort in everything I do.
