As the Senior Director of Clinical Solutions and Strategic Partnerships at FIGUR8, Inc, I leverage my dual expertise in physical therapy and business administration to lead and support various aspects of the company's clinical operations, product development, and commercialization. I have over 18 years of experience in the rehabilitation and digital health sectors, with a passion for improving musculoskeletal (MSK) health outcomes and access for diverse populations.In my current role, I manage domestic and international strategic partnerships with large employers, government, and healthcare organizations, and share the clinical benefits of FIGUR8's bioMotion Assessment Platform (bMAP) at conferences and other speaking engagements. I also lead the FIGUR8's Clinical Advisory Board, clinical content creation, research partnerships, and provider partner training and onboarding. Additionally, I inform product development with my insights and feedback from the field. Previously, I led key initiatives of the provincial Digital First for Health strategy in Ontario, securing approval to invest over $240M in technology infrastructure, virtual care, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
