About Joshua Addo

I am a creative first, a father and husband after. Funny story, I've always wanted to be an architect but my curious nature led me to Technology and consequently, its applications in business. After 8+ years working in business development and operations, the questions I've always ask myself are,"What is my relevance?" and "How do I improve this?". I find I genuinely enjoy helping people work smarter and solve problems by making sense of complex processes and turning them into clear, practical solutions. Whether it’s supporting a new idea, simplifying a system, or collaborating across departments, I find energy in seeing people and projects move forward. Not one to shy away from challenges, I frequently find myself in fast-moving environments where people, technology, and ideas come together—and I take pride in bringing structure, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset to everything I do. Moving to Canada and starting a family here is a challenge I will never get enough of - willingly and otherwise. It has made me adaptable and agile. It has also brought out talents I never knew I had but most importantly, it has made me a life-long learner.
