About Joshua Armanious

I am a seasoned Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M1 & M2) with nearly 20 years in business aviation — a professional who leads with safety, technical excellence, and reliability. Across diverse fleets and high-complexity projects, I thrive on delivering results: reducing repeat issues, enhancing aircraft uptime, and ensuring regulatory compliance without compromise. My core strengths include: Proactive Safety & Reliability: I don’t just meet minimum standards — I lead trend monitoring, root cause investigations, and preventative actions that improve safety metrics and reduce AOG incidents. Advanced Troubleshooting & Decision Making: Whether it’s returning aircraft to service under pressure or resolving unforeseen maintenance challenges, I make safe, timely, and informed decisions that protect both operations and airworthiness. Strategic Program Leadership: I have managed major inspections, structural programs, and complex modifications including STCs, coordinating with OEMs, regulators, and MROs to deliver on time and within budget. Mentorship & Culture Building: From apprentice to Program Manager, I’ve guided and elevated teams, instilling a safety-first mindset, technical rigor, and continuous improvement in every role. If your team is looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technical depth and strategic leadership — someone who ensures safety, reliability, and performance are never separate but always intertwined — let's connect.
