As a final-year Business Management BA student at Newcastle University, I am driven by a passion for understanding what makes businesses thrive in diverse environments. My global upbringing—born in Germany and educated across England, Australia, and South Africa—has provided me with a unique perspective on how businesses navigate the complexities of different markets and cultures. This international exposure has fueled my ambition to explore how companies successfully adapt to new environments and overcome the challenges of globalization. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in economic principles and essential technical skills such as accounting and project management. Beyond the technical aspects, I am also focused on honing critical interpersonal skills like negotiation and active listening, which I believe are vital in any business setting. What truly excites me is the prospect of applying classroom knowledge to real-world business challenges, helping organizations innovate and grow in today's fast-paced global economy. Outside of my academic and professional interests, I am actively involved in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, scuba diving, and the Northumbrian Universities Officers Training Corps. These activities not only keep me grounded but also teach me discipline, resilience, and teamwork—qualities that I bring into every aspect of my life, including my approach to business.
