I am the Editor-in-Chief of Diligent Market Intelligence, a news and data service, overseeing all editorial content and managing a team of journalists. Diligent Market Intelligence is the successor to Insightia, Activist Insight, and Proxy Insight, which I helped to build from 2013 until their acquisition by Diligent in 2022. Before joining Activist Insight, I worked in restructuring in the City of London and studied at Leeds and Oxford universities. Beyond my professional pursuits, I channel my determination and discipline into marathon running, having run the New York City '21 and London '23 marathons.
