I lead teams that oversee flooring, door, window, and backsplash installations across ten states.(Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Colorado, Arizona and Wyoming) Experienced in customer satisfaction, quality assurance, time management, brand strategy, operations, profit and loss, and recruiting. My family and seeing my team succeed motivate me. I value coaching and helping everyone learn and grow to be the best they can be. Being given areas or divisions to fix drives me to succeed. I have continually succeeded in turning poorly functioning areas into successful and profitable divisions. My success has been shown across different facets of my career. I have led the way for customer satisfaction and operations at Intermountain Wood Products, IQ Interior and Design, Western States Flooring, and Premier Service Group, turning the areas or divisions covered into the best in the company.
