About Joshua Boucher

With nearly a decade of experience at Drake Software, I specialize in customer service, escalation resolution, and process improvement. As a Supervisor for the Escalation Response Team, I lead efforts to resolve high-priority client issues while mentoring team members and streamlining workflows. My mission is to foster collaboration and implement efficient solutions that align with Drake Software's commitment to exceptional client satisfaction. I bring a perspective rooted in accountability, empathy, and leadership to empower teams and elevate customer experiences. In my current role, I oversee a specialized team addressing complex client challenges. By leveraging expertise in de-escalation strategies and cross-department collaboration, we identify trends, optimize processes, and enhance support structures. Prior to this, I served as a Client Relationship Manager, where I resolved technical issues and fostered knowledge sharing to advance internal training initiatives. These experiences have equipped me to drive impactful results in dynamic, customer-focused environments.
