About Joshua Byrd

My overarching mission, in both my personal and professional journey, is to approach everything with unwavering compassion, empathy, and encouragement. My career path began as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2019, igniting my passion for making a tangible difference. This journey of discovery occurred while I was in the middle of pursuing a Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Coaching at Troy University. It was here that I delved deep into the transformative world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an event that not only reshaped my career trajectory but profoundly enriched my life. Fast forward to today, I have achieved over 5 years of experience in the field and I proudly hold a Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and the title of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My experience currently consists of supporting families and their children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within the clinical setting. My main objective is, and will always be, to encourage and empower my kiddos and their families. I am committed to equipping them with the tools they need to thrive long after our relationships conclude. I aspire to broaden my horizons by leveraging my expertise in behavior analysis to promote healthier habits within the realm of health and fitness. My ultimate aim is to extend this mission to diverse communities, providing support not only in building transformative habits but also in sustaining them for lifelong well-being.
