About Joshua Davidson

I am a professional helicopter mechanic. My experience began with the Army as a 15T UH-60 helicopter maintainer, where I developed my skills as a mechanic and gained an understanding of helicopter systems. My keen interest in aircraft support while in the Army has contributed to my ability to efficiently and effectively conduct maintenance with the confidence required for such a critical line of work. My devotion to my craft inspired me to earn my FAA airframe and powerplant ratings using Army credentialing assistance during my service. After seven years of service, I chose to broaden my horizons, as I wished to pursue a career in aviation maintenance rather than the respectable career of soldiering. Currently, I hold a position at a Part 145 repair center where I exercise my FAA ratings and accumulate a wide range of experiences due to the variety of helicopters I service at this repair center. My transition out of the military was more than I could have asked for, and it brought me a multitude of satisfaction with the various aircraft I perform maintenance on.
