About Joshua Davis

With over 20 years of work experience in the retail financial services industry, I have been the Chief Operations Officer at Main Street Personal Finance and iPawn, a multi-state, multi-product company that offers convenient and affordable, retail finance loans, pawn loans, tax preparation and sales or retail products. I have led Main Street Personal Finance since 2002, when I co-founded it as a managing partner, and have grown it to over 274 locations across the country. I have a strong background in executive management, team building, and entrepreneurship, and I have successfully launched and operated several businesses, including Approved Cash Advance, Hometown Cash Advance, Tax Experts, Ipawn, Valley Pawn, Zap Wireless, and others. I studied business administration and management at Virginia Commonwealth University, and I am passionate about providing innovative and accessible financial solutions to customers who need them. I am driven by the mission of creating value for all stakeholders, including customers, employees, investors, and communities. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to any team I am involved with, and I empower and support them to achieve excellence and growth.
