About Joshua Diel

For over two decades, I had the honor of serving in the U.S. Army, and now I'm eager to apply that experience to a new challenge. I’ve always found the most rewarding part of my career to be developing others – watching soldiers grow into skilled and confident aviation professionals. From rotations at JMRC to deployments in support of Combat operations, I've had the privilege of working with incredible people and building strong relationships with partners around the world. I’m passionate about clear, effective training and ensuring everyone has the tools they need to succeed. As Chief of the Master Gunner course and acting head of Gunnery Branch, I led the integration of aviation gunnery doctrine and oversaw training standardization across the Army. Now, I'm looking for a role where I can continue to build and mentor, and contribute to a team focused on excellence.
