I was an employee of TFC (Tastee Fried Chicken Limited) where I gained the skills and concise orientation in customer service as a lobitte, then to Unified Payments Limited (Payattitude) as a Retail Sales Officer and currently promoted to Helpdesk (Customer Care) as First Level Resolution Support Person. where I directly apply these attributes to the skills needed to plan, co-ordinate and manage task and duty, with little or no supervision which successfully manage the relationship among staff in an organization and (customers’ in question). The good customer service and skill gained aforementioned ingrained in me the need to establishing concrete and fair relationship found in a good customer service and provide alongside solutions to customer’s request. With great specialization, I prospect and provide the needed managerial lave for effectiveness of services as a Team Lead. Due to my referential working experience, I am intensely interested in contributing my skills and great value to the organization I found myself for quality service.
