Currently employed as a full time at Cummins South Pacific as a Service Advisor in rail / engine recon. As a Techinican/Mechanic I have worked in the industry for 17yrs including my apprenticeship. I have worked in Public Transport (Bus and Coach) for 14yrs before moving into my current roll at Cummins for 3.5yrs. Cummins have given me the opportunity to further my career as a tclechnician to supervisor and now Service Advisor- I have been Service Advisor since May 2022 - current. As a Service Advisor I have learn to lead at team of technicians, organise parts for jobs, Liaise with customers in a professional / business manner, how to time manage jobs and make sure monthly targets and KPI are met. I work well with other team member and also independently. I am always seeking further opportunities and career progression to broaden my skills to take me further in a leadership / supervisor / management position in the mechanical field. I have a Certificate IV in Mechanical Technology and a Certificate 3 in Heavy Vehicle Road Transport, White card, Fork lift licence. I am trust worthy, hardworking, reliable, respectful and always on time, I will always show potential to excel given the opportunity.
