About Joshua Hellyer

At Zel Technologies, the team and I thrive on the intersection of intelligence analysis and strategic business development. Our collaborative efforts have advanced the company's DoD and Intelligence business development initiatives, focusing on technical expertise and strategic partnership cultivation. Our project management approach has been instrumental in managing complex contracts, optimizing project outcomes, and delivering financial reporting that aligns with organizational goals. Our ISR and training portfolios, we have consistently exceeded performance targets, thanks to a solid foundation in military skills and intelligence analysis. The difference in our approach is a dedicated focus on mission success. Our incredible team has supported the full range of operations from next generation ISR development, senior staff advisement, organizational transition, and support to direct end users engaged in deployed operations. Our approach is fueled by a desire to achieve mission success which I gained while serving the AFSOC mission over the past 20 years.
