I am a young and enthusiastic man, hard-working with a passion for Human Resources. With from Africa University Internship program, have gained and still developing knowledge in Human Resources, such as providing clerical associated with preparing and filing HR documents, reports, letters, contracts, HR Systems performance indicators, and correspondence. I am also a Philanthropist, the founder of the bridge trust. Our main aim is to provide a platform for people to engage themselves in the social responsibility associated with the less fortunate people, of all background in the community and through this i engage in skills such as good communication skills, co-ordination, fundraising, leadership, and monitoring. I strive to fully give 100% of my administrative abilities to the organisations that i work with. Due to past experience, i believe that i can greatly contribute to the achievement of good leadership, coordination, and appraisal of employee performance by means of improving employee relations through good and effective communication.
