About Joshua Kail

I have been working in Strategic Communications and PR for nearly 20 years. I have had the fortune of representing everything from Slapwatches to federated learning and decentralized AI technologies. My focus has been primarily on high tech B2B markets, working directly with the many facets of the tech industry and beyond. I have most recently worked with clients focused on AI, Machine Learning, Data, Blockchain, Ad Tech/Mar Tech, digital transformation, and other emerging technologies in the tech space. Beyond my focus on tech as a sector, my work passion has expanded into team development and employee development. I lead by a "freedom to fail" ethos, where I work with my team members and give them the ability to take creative risks, try new approaches, and learn from experience what works and what doesn't, in a controlled setting of course. I always make time to work with team members as they need from editing a pitch to larger discussions on management styles and strategic approaches. My success and the success of the client and agency are only as strong as the team members supporting us. On the client-facing side, my emphasis is always focused on how will this (from a 6-month plan to an individual pitch) help build their short and long-term communication goals. What can every action grow into with time? Where are the target industries moving and how can their messaging be a valuable addition to that conversation? Everything comes back to figuring out the multi-layered approaches to help a client be understood by their audiences.
