About Joshua Longenecker

As the Regional Director of Sales and Implementation for the Pacific Northwest at Critical Response Group (CRG), I lead efforts to modernize how public safety agencies prepare for and respond to high-risk incidents, drawing on proven communication and coordination principles developed in the special operations community.My work focuses on helping organizations move from fragmented, reactive response models to standardized, interoperable operating frameworks that perform under extreme stress. At CRG, this includes advancing Collaborative Response Graphics (CRGs) across critical infrastructure—schools, hospitals, government facilities, and places of worship—to ensure first responders share a common operating picture when seconds matter.Earlier in my life, my family experienced the irreversible consequences of a breakdown in emergency response. That experience continues to inform how I approach leadership today—not emotionally, but systemically—by asking where assumptions fail, where coordination breaks down, and how institutions can change before tragedy forces the issue.After completing more than a decade of service as a U.S. Air Force Pararescueman, I joined other special operations veterans at CRG to apply those lessons at scale. Today, my role extends beyond technology implementation to policy alignment, funding strategy, and cross-agency collaboration, ensuring solutions are adopted, governed, and sustained—not just deployed.In parallel, I continue to serve as a volunteer business management consultant with Shields & Stripes, where I help guide governance, growth strategy, and capital planning for programs supporting the mental health and rehabilitation of first responders and military veterans. This work reinforces my belief that resilience is built through sound leadership, sustainable models, and trust.At the center of my professional approach is relationship-building—aligning stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and enabling teams to operate effectively in complex, high-pressure environments. I’m committed to strengthening the systems that protect those who serve and the communities they safeguard.
