Hi, I'm Josh! I'm a top agent on Indy Urban Advisors. Our team sold $80 million in transaction volume in 2022. IUA is a team of high powered real estate professionals with a relationship-minded brokerage team servicing the central Indiana region. I believe that Real Estate represents Community. I feel a God-given mission (and talent) to be the rising tide in Indianapolis. This city is on a course to do truly remarkable things, and it is my pride to be back HOME - living, working, investing, and co-creating a strong community of wealth. I was born and raised in Indianapolis until my early-20s when I packed my bags and traveled the world, eventually ending up chasing the bright lights of the Big Apple. When I moved to NYC I was introduced to real estate and started my career in late-2018. I brokered hundreds of transactions between landlord and tenants. I met my wife that same year, got married October 2021, and had a baby October 2022! We recently decided to move back to Indy. We'll talk soon.
