About Joshua McCloud

I am an Associate Category Manager at NAPA Auto Parts with experience across category management, operations, sales, and supply chain. I focus on driving sales growth, optimizing product performance, and building supplier partnerships that deliver long-term value. Before my career in automotive, I worked as a Master Grill Operator at Waffle House to pay my way through college. Those late-night shifts taught me resilience, adaptability, and how to thrive under pressure — lessons that still guide how I lead and collaborate today. At NAPA, I manage multimillion-dollar categories and lead initiatives that improve profitability, streamline operations, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. My background gives me the ability to see both the big picture and the small details that make a strategy successful. I’m passionate about continuous growth, strengthening the automotive aftermarket, and connecting with professionals who share a drive for innovation and impact.
