About Joshua Mohan

I am an experienced IT professional who has had a wide variety of experiences in both industry and collegiate environments. My primary goal is to make sure that the work I do is of the highest quality so that rework is unnecessary. Within any role that I perform, I strive to make sure that the work I am doing meets the full expectation of its intended audience.I have fostered this results-driven attitude through a diverse set of experiences. During my time at the University of Houston, I worked in countless group projects where I assumed leadership roles. In this time, I interned at Bechtel Corporation during the summer and performed IT support and networking tasks. I then immediately continued my education at Texas A&M University by pursuing a Masters in Management Information Systems. I chose to obtain a MS MIS degree in order to supplement the knowledge I had gained with my BS CIS degree.After graduating, I went on to work at KPMG in Houston as a IT Risk Advisory Associate. During my time at KPMG, I have worked on several challenging client engagements including times when I have had to perform at a level above my designated role because I was the sole associate on the project. After my time at KPMG, I went on to work at Protiviti, where I am currently a Manager in IT Risk Advisory.I am a quick learner who loves to work as part of a team and move towards a unified goal. I believe that a skilled IT professional's expertise lies in the ability to dissect business users' needs and effectively translate them into an achievable solution that meets their expectations.
