Joshua Painter relocated to Southwest Florida from West Central Ohio in He started out on the construction jobsite learning different trades while serving in the Florida Army National Guard. His love for new home construction slowly evolved into a desire to learn how to get top results as a professional Real Estate Agent. 2004 Joshua Painter studied at Ed Klopfer’s School of Real Estate in Fort Myers Florida and finished at the top of his class. Geographically he specializes In Southwest Florida New Construction homes and Lee County Residential Real Estate.
