About Joshua Pratt

UConn Graduate in Strength & Conditioning. Holding his NSCA CSCS, TSAC-F, NASM CES and SFN, Pratt is the lead program developer and Strength & Conditioning coordinator at Just Performance Fitness. With 17 years of experience training diverse clientele ranging from General Fitness and Athletics to Pre & Post Rehabilitation, his training style is geared towards increasing physical performance and longevity while decreasing one’s susceptibility to injury. Along with training and program design, Pratt has developed and instructed the Personal Trainer Certificate course at our local community college, was invited to speak at the State Level NSCA Conference, and has been published for Tactical Training in the National TSAC Journal. His approach has always been helping clients and fellow trainers understand the mechanisms and the “why” behind training and nutrition, teaching them that becoming complacent can limit further success.
