About Joshua R.

I’m Joshua, and adaptability has shaped my career. I didn’t start in IT — I came from personal training and sales, where I learned how to foster trust, build relationships, and create great customer experiences. When I transitioned into technology, I carried those skills with me, and they’ve been the foundation of how I work ever since. Today, I’m on the frontline at Relentless Solutions, the first call when technology doesn’t cooperate. I’ve developed expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft 365, with strong knowledge of Active Directory, Teams Telephony, and troubleshooting user support scenarios. My focus goes beyond resolving issues — I aim to restore confidence in IT by making technology feel reliable, approachable, and people-centered. My experience spans: cloud & productivity (Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, AD)| networking & infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki, Auvik)| security & management (Keeper, Exclaimer, Letsignit)| business applications (QuickBooks, Counterpoint)| emerging tech (AI & automations). Whether it’s fixing problems under pressure or creating long-term solutions, I thrive on helping people use technology with confidence. Outside of work, I stay curious and active: traveling to see new perspectives, fitness to stay disciplined, and creative outlets to stay balanced. For me, growth — in IT, in automations, in life — comes down to the same mindset: stay adaptable and keep moving forward.
