About Joshua Read

I started my role at the Leicestershire and Rutland County Football Association back in November 2019. Within the organisation I work within the Football Services Team, as a result my roles include supporting Club affiliation, player registration, sanctioning and also assisting with Disciplinary inquiries.Also within my role I am heavily involved with marketing and communications. With this I work on both the companies website and all social media channels. In 2021 I played a large role in completing a full business rebranding to modernise the look of Leicestershire and Rutland County Football Association.Since obtaining my role as Football Services Co-ordinator my responsibilities now include the management of Disciplinary cases within the Leicestershire & Rutland region. This includes investigation work into allegations of misconduct within the game.My love for the football started at a young age. Moving from playing the sport to previously holding a voluntary position at a semi professional as their press and media officer. I am extremely grateful to have worked within this role as it provided me with the experience to move on and start a career within the football industry!
