About Joshua Simon

I'd like to highlight my diverse background and experiences, which I believe make me a valuable asset to any organization. I hold a High School Diploma and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. I'm still currently working on my Business Management Associates Degree, but with those that I currently have help me with a strong foundation in business principles. Throughout my academic journey, I have actively engaged in various leadership roles and practical experience that has honed my skills. I've served as a Lead Key Holder for Dollar General, demonstrating my accountability and money handling skills, and I've also been deeply involved in student leader as being a Vice Chair and Regional Affairs Director For Region V student Senate of California Community Colleges. My dedication to leadership is extend also to my roles as Vice President of the Associated Student Government of West Hills College Lemoore, wither I develop my skills in strategic planning, team coordination, agenda development, and community outreach. To complete my experience, I have undergone valuable training, including Sexual Harassment Training, Fiduciary Training, Store Handling Training, Conflict Management, Hiring training and panel, and CPR Certification. These trainings have equipped me with the knowledge to handle various aspects of professional roles effectively. My ultimate goal is to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic team, whether it's in an entry-level position or a management-level career. I thrive on collaboration and believe in the power of teamwork to drive organizational growth and success. My wide range of skills, from leadership and communication to event planning and government affairs, positions me as a versatile candidate ready to take on new challenges and make a positive impact within your organization.
