Over the past fifteen years, I have been working in manufacturing in a variety of roles including production operations, supply chain, and engineering. I am an enthusiastic and self-driven engineer with great communication and interpersonal skills. I have hands-on manufacturing experience that has helped shape who I am as a person to guide my career as I strive to do the very best at anything within my control. My quality, manufacturing, and process mindset have assisted in successful completion of various continuous improvement and data analysis efforts throughout different manufacturing processes. Some of my key accomplishments include successfully implementing two automated manufacturing cell operations. During this time I managed each project in collaboration with the necessary cross functional teams to meet the set timelines and goals for each process. The experience has provided me with technical knowledge, time management, and tools to understand what it takes for successful production of manufacturing processes. In this position, I was able to show consistency in maintaining a project schedule, statistically prove manufacturing capability, quality control and contribute as a team member to meet set goals.
