My career path spans leading a $2.5B public school system, orchestrating the turnaround of a $4.5M non-profit education association, and most recently serving as Managing Partner of a $20M private sector division—each role reinforcing my belief that lasting organizational change happens through thoughtful strategy, meaningful stakeholder engagement, and courageous leadership.As a Superintendent of Schools, I navigated complex stakeholder relationships and enhanced operational efficiency, while implementing innovative systemic changes that increased student engagement, learning and achievement. This experience, combined with my tenure at Phi Delta Kappa International, where we transformed from deficit to surplus through strategic restructuring, has honed my ability to ask challenging questions and make difficult decisions while keeping mission and equity at the forefront.At The Center for Model Schools, I leveraged insights from across sectors to drive innovation in professional services delivery.
