Hello, I'm Josh Walker. I am a self-motivated and a progress - driven IT Specialist with an extensive background in Microsoft and IT Technology. With a long-standing record of initiative and innovation, I have developed and executed strategies that I believe brought value wherever I'm at. Throughout the course of my career, I have honed my abilities in preventive and reparative IT maintenance, Business Development and Project Management. I am a problem-solver capable of prioritizing and managing complex projects with proficiency. In my previous roles, I've exercised skills in problem-solving and consistently contributed to team efforts and organizational improvements. From my creative side, I've been able to create websites, manage social media platforms, travel to conduct on-site training for a successful Microsoft Partner and developed a strategic content for Change Management initiatives. I am open-minded and focused on new developments in my field. I have experience in working remote and on-site and I have proven to be effective and motivational, with proficiency in communication and collaborative work. I enjoy brainstorming and coordinating efforts to achieve a common goal.
