Currently, as a Community Relations Associate at Cortland, I thrive on creating welcoming environments and ensuring resident satisfaction. My role allows me to blend my passion for people with Cortland’s commitment to hospitality, care, and integrity. Prior to this, I owned and operated a life insurance and annuities business, where I focused on helping senior citizens secure their financial futures and protect them from predatory practices. With a foundation in transparency and client advocacy, I built strong relationships rooted in trust. I also have extensive experience in customer service and hospitality from my eight years as a bartender at Chili’s Grill & Bar, where I mastered the art of multitasking and delivering exceptional service under pressure. Additionally, I hold a degree in Film and Video Production Technology, giving me a creative edge and a technical understanding of media production. As someone who is approachable, adaptable, and driven by a desire to help others, I’m always focused on going above and beyond to meet the needs of those I serve.
