About Joshua Wright

I help organizations use social media to engage their clients and business partners with Facebook, Twitter, Google Play, and other social media, as well as resolve complex account problems that clients may have. I love to facilitate discussions within social media communities, research issues using multiple sources, and deliver immediate support. In my most current role as Social Media Moderator and Business Communications Consultant at Wells Fargo, I interpreted and responded to customer communication via private and public messaging on social media platforms. I moved quickly into a lead consultant role, and earned recognition as a top performer with multiple awards. Prior, I was Social Care Associate, delivering support to customers via social media, and trained new associates in work procedures and service strategies. I developed a new peer review program for my team, focusing on writing skills and quality scores, and eliminating the need for robotic responses. My history with this company also includes offering premier service to high-value clients and making product recommendations. My interests have encompassed helping a faith-based organization offer a way for their members to access services by developing a live stream; I also manage their social media sites.
