About Joshua Yap

With a diverse background across development, public, and corporate finance, I have supported infrastructure investment deals at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group), evaluated financing and policies for infrastructure and sustainability programs at the Ministry of Finance (Singapore), and managed debt financing and investor relations at Singapore Airlines. Drawn to the Netherlands for its innovative, sustainable approach to urban living, I recently completed a Master’s in Data Science at Tilburg University, where I applied machine learning techniques such as gradient boosting and recurrent neural networks to evaluate clean energy investments. I am also currently pursuing the CFA in Sustainable Finance certification to deepen my expertise in ESG investing, climate finance, and sustainable investment frameworks.
