About Joshua Young

Whether in sales or procurement, my job is to be a partner for organization and the other companies we do business with – developing solutions, reducing costs, and growing revenue. For nearly 20 years I helped a variety of companies grow their business in the oil and gas industry, including leading and managing an entire procurement and supply chain function with more than $1 billion in annual spend. My leadership approach relies on strategic and innovative thinking that relies on effective and situational communications and sales skills to understand the business goals and objectives and developing solutions and providing alternatives when necessary. Every organization is different, but I’ve tried to leverage a combination of hands-on engagement and broad team leadership to manage sophisticated supply chains for dynamic companies and industries. When done properly, this approach has generated great results for buyers and sellers.
