About Josiah Jaramillo

Graduated from San Jose State University, Spring 2022. B.S degree in Biology, concentration in Systems Physiology with a Minor in Chemistry. Various courses in Health & Science. Developed skills from lab and project research. Skills such as technical communication, advanced quantitive and data analysis, pertaining to detail, and becoming familiar with lab software. Outside of my undergraduate experience, I participated in programs such as Health Career Connection (HCC) & Braven. I took a project manager role of a 6 team cohort in Braven utilizing leadership skills while at SJSU in where we presented a prototype for Ebay in 2019. I was a summer intern for a nonprofit organization associated with Health Career Connection called Fresno Building Healthy Communities in Fresno, CA in 2020. Their mission is to influence policy and change systems through advocacy and action within the community. I have high interest in medicine and biotechnology. Passionate about being a student of medicine and curious about the advancements in technology that is applied to biological science.
