About Josiah Knapp

I started out in the receiving department at Sweetwater Sound. Worked my way around, learning multiple areas of the operation until my promotion to Team Lead of Put Away in 2018. During that season, was hired Team Lead of April 2018 and quickly moved up the ladder through 3rd shift Supervisor to Returns Manager in a matter of 8 months. I now am assigned to an Outbound Production Manager role, and have ran departments with up to 60+ associates.I now run Operations and Logistics for Castlehill. A stone veneer manufacturing company that is dedicated to complete material excellence.Finished at IPFW with a degree in business administration and a minor in political theory. Completed my tenure with 3.8 GPA.Traveled the world with a group called United Adoration. Which is a group of people that excelled in Lyrical composition. I've travelled to Wales, London, and Serbia. My duties were to help people write music through immersive lyrical studies.Graduated from Sons & Daughters Worship School in 2021/2022.Completed Sweetwaters Manager Development Program in 2021.In my free time I enjoy Crossfit, competing in Spartan Races and investing in my Wife and 3 children.
