Background
About Josie Crimp
With 14 years of experience working as a Librarian in International Schools, I am experienced and adept in promoting reading for pleasure and developing the enquiry skills that students need to be confident, life-long-learners. From three year old children starting Preschool, to students in the IB Diploma Programme, I care about nurturing their reading, developing their empathy and imagination, and empowering them as researchers. As a mother of bilingual children, I am fanatical about encouraging our students to continue reading in their home languages, and have worked hard in both schools to develop and promote these important sections in the library.
