I currently work for Collishaw, a successful short-term and vacation rental business located in Fayetteville, Arkansas.As a project manager at Collishaw, I oversee the daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, safe, and profitable. I communicate with tenants, owners, contractors, and vendors, and handle any issues or requests promptly and professionally. I also develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and generate new referrals and leads. I use my attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results and exceed expectations.
